Mini workshops, forums, or group meetings are open for applications
We welcome participants or society/association chairs to convene formal or informal mini workshops, forums, or group meetings during the conference period. The conference organizer can assist to manage time slot and prepare a room/venue for the event. Please provide us the type and title of the gathering and possible number of participants and your preferred date or time so that we can try to help to arrange the schedule and include this in the final circular. Already scheduled are IUCN Specialists group meeting, FAO-SIDP, and "The 8th East Asian Eel Consortium" to be held during the period of IPFC7. Two meetings are taken place during the Conference period:

1. There will be a meeting of the IUCN Groupers and Wrasses Specialist Group during the Conference. Details of time and place will be announced later but all members are welcome as well as workers interested in learning more of what the group is doing or interested in joining us.
